I have examined the accompanying Ordinance being an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to amend Ordinance 3 of 1881". And I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance amends the law
in accordance with the request contained in the Colonial Office Circular Despatch of January 1883
